This is the Gengar card, but your child could be any of his favorite Pokemon by getting poster board and two straps to hold them together (sort of like those old sandwich board ads people would wear).
Draw your favorite pokemon in hte middle include points, the name of the pokemon and fighting techniques. It can be as detailed or not as your child likes.
Attach the front and back of card with straps as in the photo and you're set!
